Day One

16:00 – Welcome to the Highlands
Your host, Gemma, will be on-site to warmly welcome you with refreshments at Camus House in Onich.
18:00 – Welcome Circle
An intention setting practice to settle you in to your surroundings.
18:30 – Evening Yoga
A gentle grounding yoga session to shake off travel and land in the moment.
19:30 – Group Dinner
Enjoy a home cooked meal to welcome you and a spend a relaxing evening settling in and getting to know everyone.
Day Two

7:30 – Breath and Body Reset
A calming session to steady the mind, deepen your breathing, and help the body settle into the rhythm.
8:00 – Morning Yoga
A gentle morning yoga flow to start your day.
09:00 – Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast and prepare your own packed lunch for the day’s adventures.
10:00 – Tips for Happy, Safe Dips
How to read the water, spotting currents, cold water response, breathing control.
10:30 – Morning Dip
A calm-entry dip in to Loch Linnhe. Focusing on body awareness and acclimatisation.
12:30 – Waterside Wander
A scenic walk that lets the body warm, the breath settle and the landscape open up around you.
16:30 – Evening Unwind Yoga
A slow, grounding session to stretch tired muscles, and ease the body towards a restful night.
19:00 – Group Dinner
We’ll head out this evening and find a cosy place nearby for a lovely meal.
Day Three

7:30 – Mindfulness by Water
Grounding Practice: sensory awareness and stillness session.
8:00 – Morning Yoga Session
Gratitude practice
09:00 – Breakfast
Start your day with a delicious continental breakfast and prepare your own packed lunch for the day’s adventures.
11:00 – Enchanting Pools & Falls
Immerse yourself in the spellbinding natural pools of Glen Nevis, then wander through the mysterious Accident Forest as it leads you onward to the magnificent, mist-kissed Steall Falls.
15:00 – Quiet Time
An opportunity to rest, read, solo reflect or to enjoy an optional activity.
16:00 – Closing Circle
A cosy re-group, with a warming drink and reflection on the weekend, setting future intentions.

A five star rated Victorian Guest House dating back to 1892, it offers guests a unique blend of historic charm and modern luxury. From here, you’ll enjoy sweeping views across the sparkling waters of Loch Linnhe and the dramatic peaks of Glencoe.





The rooms are cosy and intimate, designed for relaxation and comfort. The rooms have En-suite facilities and are provided with Towels, Hand/Hair/Body Wash & Lotion, Hairdryer, Heated Blanket, TV with DVD player, Information Folder, and Hospitality Tray with bottled water, biscuits, teas and coffees.
